The value for money was excellent, with anice and neat room at a great price. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and close to restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

we had a such great stay in split close to a bus station. had a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom, it was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at Rooms&Apartments Zelux! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach in Stobrec. We enjoyed lazy days sunbathing and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. The area is also packed with amazing restaurants, including a delicious fish restaurant where we had a mouthwatering dinner. The room was spotless and the bathroom was pristine, with all the necessary amenities provided. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for a better location and service!
The walls were a bit thin, but thankfully it didn't dampen our overall experience.

The apartments were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was kind and always available to assist us. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the seafront and within walking distance of restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. It was also convenient for visiting Split and other nearby towns.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was offering a larger variety of food options in the morning.
